We have now resolved the situation with the hosting provider. Backups fully restored and are now fully operational.

Expect the slight glitch and hiccup here and there for the next couple of hours as services return to normal

We have now come to a crossroads with our hosting provider. The backup cannot be imported as expected. This may cause data loss which is not an option we are willing to take

We are going to look elsewhere for hosting providers who can support our community and webserver requirements

This is going to take time and there is likely to be a while between now and the next update. Unfortunately for us this will increase costs as we are more likely to need a VPS and our own license for our Web management dashboard such as cpanel, plesk, etc so we get the granular control required

This is probably going to be 5x the cost of what we are paying now so this is a major decision as to whether the future is viable with our current operating model

We are working with the hosting provider to restore backups

Please be patient as this is taking time due to server limitations and some customer suppoort limitations as well. It is 50/50 as to whether a full restoration will be possible at this time

Unfortunately our contract has expired which I wasn't aware of and our webspace may have been deleted. We are looking to restore as much as possible and get a new webspace back up and running as soon as possible but this may be an onging long term issue

We will post regualr updates as we know how we can proceed but at the moment I am making backups where possible as this is my only hope in saving our services

We are in contact with our web host as they have suspended all our services and we are trying to locate the root cause of the issue.

Once this is sorted we will assign new SSL certificates to our services to ensure you get the safest browsing expericne when using our sytems
